Mirame accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Gpay, Maestro, Shop Pay and Klarna.

Purchases made will be charged in Pounds Sterling (£).
We are able to dispatch goods to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder. We operate an address verification system (AVS) for your security.
We will send a confirmation email to the address provided during the checkout process once we have received your order.
All shoes are sold in EURO sizes, with UK size provided as a guide.
We aim to dispatch your order within a maximum 5 working days, although in many cases orders are shipped next working day.
UK: Please allow up to 10 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
International: Please allow up to 21 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Any taxes or duty fees incurred by shipping to overseas addresses are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Mirame.
Free delivery on purchases is valid for Residents living in the London borough of Enfield. This free delivery offer is for a limited time only.
How are items delivered?
UK: Items are sent by Royal Mail Tracked Second Class Service.
International: Items are sent by the most efficient carrier depending on your location.
If you are unhappy with your goods, you may return them to Mirame for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding P&P). Products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in an unworn state with all tags in tact and proof of purchase
To complete your return, we require you to follow these steps:
1- Click on Returns and email your order number and your reason for returning.
We can only refund the card you originally used for payment.
For goods received that are not as ordered or are faulty (unworn), please email us at email@example.com stating the order number and nature of the problem.
Mirame will not be liable for your returned items while they are in transit back to us.
Mirame is unable to return goods purchased in our outlet section.
We regret we are unable to offer exchanges due to the handmade nature of our products.
All payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Mirame validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records. A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the www.mirameshoes.co.uk website you consent to such checks being made. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.
